Support

One person builds and answers MyGarden, so replies are slower than a call centre and considerably more useful. Email hello@mygrdn.app. For a bug, say which phone and what you did just before it happened.

Where is my plant data stored?

On your phone. Plants, photos, care history and diary entries live in the app's local database — we do not keep a copy. Photos leave the device only at the moment you ask for an identification or a diagnosis.

I subscribed on the website. How do I get Pro in the app?

Sign in to the app with the same email address. The subscription is attached to your account, not to the device, so Pro turns on by itself.

How do I cancel?

If you subscribed inside the app, cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. If you subscribed on this website, use the link in your receipt email or write to us. Either way you keep access until the period you have already paid for ends.

The care plan looks wrong for my plant.

Tell the companion in chat — describe the spot, the pot, how the plant is behaving. It will propose a change to the schedule, which you approve line by line. You can also edit any field by hand on the plant's About tab.

How accurate is the plant identification?

Good, but never certain. Treat it as a strong suggestion, not a fact — and never eat or medicinally use a plant on the strength of it.

My cat ate a leaf. What now?

Call a vet or an animal poison-control line straight away. Do not wait for the app, and do not treat our toxicity notes as veterinary advice.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. It erases your account, the data we hold server-side, and any Sign in with Apple grant. It cannot be undone.
